Reporting Compliance Issues
Zero Tolerance
Redpath enforces a worldwide zero tolerance policy. This applies to all of the Principles stated the Code of Conduct. This means that any potential violations of Redpath business ethics that come to management attention shall be properly investigated if there is merit. If the investigation establishes that a violation took place, the wrongdoers shall be sanctioned.
Non-Retaliation
To allow for the correct atmosphere in which employees and stakeholders may feel free to report infractions, Redpath has instituted a non-retaliation policy for good faith reporting. No employee shall be victim of retaliation from any employee of the Company for collaboration with investigations or denouncing infractions to the Code of Conduct in good faith.
Issues of compliance can be reported by any of the following means:

- Report to the Human Resources department of any Redpath regional office
