George B. Flumerfelt
President and C.E.O.
Mr. Flumerfelt has over 30 years experience in the mining sector holding senior positions with various mining operations throughout Canada, Africa and Asia. Mr. Flumerfelt joined Redpath in 2003 as Senior Vice President of Operations and was promoted to his current position in 2005.

Torsten Kahn
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kahn is well versed in global business operations including strategic management and accounting. He is responsible for the overall financials of The Redpath Group. Mr. Kahn’s specific area of focus is the support of Redpath’s growth targets in terms of process efficiencies as well as structural optimization and resource management.

Martin A. Hunka
Chief Financial Officer, Americas
Mr. Hunka has many years of experience as a Chartered Accountant and has been with Redpath since 1989. Mr. Hunka has extensive knowledge in various disciplines, including accounting, taxation, auditing, financial analysis, corporate insurance and general administration.

Jimmy Erasmus
Managing Director, Redpath South Africa
Mr. Erasmus has in excess of 40 years experience in the mining industry and has for the past 15 years held senior management positions in the contract mining business. He joined Redpath in 2006 and has served as Managing Director since 2008. Mr. Erasmus’ executive responsibilities include the administration and management of all aspects of our South African operations.

Rob Nichols
C.E.O. Redpath Australia
Mr. Nichols’ executive responsibilities include the administration and management of all aspects of our Australian operations. Mr. Nichols applies his university education in surveying and engineering toward his long-standing career in underground mining and mine operations.

Gordon J. Shannon
Executive Director – Commercial / Redpath Australia
Mr. Shannon has qualifications in both mining engineering and finance and has extensive experience in the mining and underground construction sectors in Australia. His role as Executive Director includes the design, development and implementation of strategic plans in the commercial sector of our Australian operations.

David C. Hansman
Senior Vice President
Mr. Hansman has been involved in a wide variety of mining projects from various aspects including management, business development, engineering and field operations at locations around the world. Mr. Hansman is responsible for Commercial Services provided by Redpath including estimating, contracts, project support and business development.

Michael J. Kelly
Senior Vice President
Throughout his many years in the mining industry, Mr. Kelly has focused his efforts in the field of mechanical excavation. Mr. Kelly’s executive responsibilities include the administration and management of all Indonesian and Kyrgyzstan operations as well as overseeing our raiseboring and marketing efforts globally.

Bruce Dunlop
Senior Vice President
Mr. Dunlop has experience in all phases of underground mining and senior management including evaluations, feasibility studies, permitting, closures and reclamations. Mr. Dunlop is responsible for Redpath’s operating units in Canada, US/Central America and Mongolia as well as heading up the Redpath Technical Services Group and coordinating shaft projects throughout the Americas.

Graham Buttenshaw
Senior Vice President
Mr. Buttenshaw has 30 years experience in the mining industry including a variety of executive management positions over the past 10 years. His international experience includes Australia, Europe, West Africa, SE Asia, as well as North and South America.Mr. Buttenshaw is responsible for the management and expansion of Redpath’s South American operations.

Andrew (Drew) P. Artus
Director of Human Resources
Mr. Artus is an experienced professional with over 27 years of practical and applied leadership in the areas of operations, support and human capital management. He has a vast knowledge in domestic and international operations and administration. Mr. Artus is responsible for our global strategy as it refers to human capital management now and into the future.

Jochen Greinacher
Managing Director (Chairman) – Europe
Mr. Greinacher, Master of Civil Engineering, has more than 25 years of experience in mining construction, shaft sinking and ground freezing. Mr. Greinacher has been with the Deilmann-Haniel Group since 1986 and held Managing Director positions of Deilmann-Haniel Shaft Sinking, Deilmann-Haniel Mining System and Deilmann-Haniel International.

Dirk Thöne
Chief Financial Officer – Europe
Mr. Thöne, Master of Business Administration, has been with Price Waterhouse Coopers in Germany and Canada for seven years and joined Deilmann-Haniel as CFO in 2008. He has extensive knowledge in accounting, taxation, auditing, financing, and general administration.

Thomas Ahlbrecht
Vice President Operations – Europe
Mr. Ahlbrecht, Bachelor of Mining Engineering, has over 25 years experience in shaft sinking and mining construction, and has held various positions from shift boss, shaft superintendent to project manager and was promoted to his current position in 2006.
